  2. iFTP "Intelligent FTP" License Agreement

  4. THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT TO WHICH YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND. IF YOU
  5. DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.

  7.  1.  Santronics Software ("Santronics") grants to you a non-exclusive,
  8. non-sublicensable, license to use this copy the "Intelligent FTP" (iFTP)
  9. FTP Client (the "Software"), in binary executable form for usage for a
  10. single user/machine only.  Site licenses must be obtained to operate
  11. iFTP on more than one computer.  See part 4.

  13. 2.  Test Drive version of iFTP are for 30 days only.  During this
  14. period, you may evaluate the product.  After 30 days, you must either
  15. purchase the product or stop using it.  If you decide not to purchase
  16. the product, you cannot continue to you it under any circumstance or
  17. attempt to circumvent its security and anti-pirating mechanisms.

  19. 2.  SANTRONICS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF THIS
  20. SOFTWARE OR ABOUT ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION MADE ACCESSIBLE BY THE
  21. SOFTWARE, FOR ANY PURPOSE.  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT
  22. EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
  23. FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THIS SOFTWARE IS
  24. PROVIDED AS IS, ACCORDINGLY, SANTRONICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY
  25. THEORY OR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY YOU OR ANY USER OF THE SOFTWARE.

  27. 3.  Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to
  28. the Software shall remain in SANTRONICS. You agree to abide by the
  29. copyright law and all other applicable laws of the United States
  30. including, but not limited to, export control laws. You acknowledge that
  31. the Software in source form remains a confidential trade secret of
  32. Santronics and therefore you agree not to modify the Software or attempt
  33. to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software,
  34. except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such
  35. restriction.

  37. 4.   You have a limited license to use iFTP for the single registered
  38. customer at a single site.   You are not allowed to distribute a
  39. registered copy of iFTP for usage by non-registered people, employees,
  40. company or organizations.  For multiple usages within a single site,
  41. requires a site license to be obtains.   Violation of this license is
  42. International Copyright Law infringement with civil fines as much as
  43. $50,000.
